I would LOVE to see and hear about what you and your family are doing to stay active.  You can email me at:

bweeks2@cherrycreekschools.org

You can also call and leave me a voicemail at:

                                720-747-2823

I will be checking my email and voicemail throughout the day, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Students and families can reach me by any of these methods.  If you are calling to leave a message please be sure to say who is calling and leave the best number to call back.  You can also email me to set up a specific time to talk by phone.  Please note that when I do call it will show up as "Private Caller."

I will try to respond as quick and as much as possible.  Please be patience as I teach K-5th grades (that's 600+ students) and I will be receiving many voicemails and emails.

Tabata Workouts
Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training(HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval.  We have been learning about Tabata Workouts K-5th grades during P.E.  Here are some links to Tabata Workouts we have used in class.
